Each works under a data processing agreement. Where a provider is based in the US, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

You can ask us to show, correct, delete, restrict or hand over your data, object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hey@pronovahq.com. You can also complain to a supervisory authority. Ours is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit).
