AI Workflow LabFor B2B service firms with 10–250 people

Know which AI workflows to build first, and what each one will cost

In 2–3 weeks, we map where AI fits across your CRM and the tools around it. You get 8–12 workflow specs, each with a fixed build price, a training plan for your team and one working prototype. Your team spends about half a day in total. One fixed price.

Why do AI projects stall before they start?

Because nobody can say which jobs to build first, or what each one would cost.

You know AI could take work off your team's plate. But every vendor shows a demo, every consultant offers a roadmap deck, and none of them tells you what the first build costs or whether it fits how your team works. So the licences sit unused and the manual work stays.

How does the AI Workflow Lab work?

Over 2–3 weeks, we review your tools, hear from the people who do the work, and turn what we find into specs you can build. Your team spends about half a day in total.

Your team's time: a short kickoff call, about 20 minutes each from 5–8 people, one 2-hour workshop. About half a day in total. Click any step.

Step 03 · Weeks 1–2

Staff interviews

5–8 people describe their recurring work in about 20 minutes each, when it suits them. We capture what starts each job, which systems it touches, the steps, the exceptions, who approves what, and how often it happens.

  1. 01Week 1

    Kickoff and intake

A short kickoff call. You fill in an intake form with your teams, tools and known pain points, and give us read-only access to the systems in scope.

  2. 02Week 1

    System review

We check how your CRM and connected tools are set up, and where data and handoffs break.

  4. 04Week 2

    Workshop

One 2-hour session with your decision owner and key users. Together we confirm the jobs, rank them and agree what good looks like.

  5. 05Weeks 2–3

    Specs and prices

We write 8–12 spec cards, size each one S, M or L, and put a fixed build price on each.

  6. 06Weeks 2–3

    Prototype

We build a working prototype of the job with the highest value and lowest risk.

  7. 07End of week 3

    Readout

We walk you through everything, show the prototype working and recommend your first build. Our access to your tools ends the same day.

    Ranked workflow list

8–12 spec cards, ranked by value and effort.

  • 02

A spec card for each workflow

What starts it, inputs, steps, systems it touches, outputs, exceptions, approval points, what "done" means, volume, size and a fixed build price.

  • 03

    Team AI training plan

Who needs which training, on which real tasks, in what order.

  • 04

    Data and approval map

Which systems and data each workflow touches, the access it needs, and which actions need a person's sign-off.

  • 05

    Working prototype

The top-ranked low-risk job, built and shown live at the readout.

  • 06

    Readout

A walkthrough of everything, with our recommended first build.

The spec cards, training plan and data map are yours to keep, whether or not you build with us.

How we size each workflow

If a job falls between two sizes, we size it up, never down.

S 1–2 systems, standard connectors, at most one AI step
M 3–4 systems, an API connection, an approval step
L 5 or more systems, a custom MCP server, several exception paths

  • One fixed fee, invoiced at kickoff.
  • The Lab fee counts toward your first build if you go ahead within 60 days.
  • The build prices on your spec cards hold for 60 days.
  • Any AI usage for your live workflows runs on your own accounts, with no markup.

What happens after the Lab?

You choose which spec cards to build and when. Every card already carries a fixed price.

  • Build

    Build it

We build the workflow as a custom AI agent or custom MCP server, in your own accounts.

  • Learn

    Train your team

Half-day or full-day sessions on your team's real work, taken from your training plan.

  • Support

    Keep it running

Once a workflow is live, a monthly support plan covers monitoring, model and API changes, and small fixes.

  • Every build runs in your own accounts.
  • It starts with a two-week shadow run against the goal you agreed.
  • It needs a person's sign-off before anything consequential happens.

Is the AI Workflow Lab right for your business?

Yes, if you know AI could help but can't say which jobs to build first or what they'd cost. No, if you already know the one job you want built.

It's a fit if

  • You run a B2B service firm with 10–250 people, a CRM and at least two other business tools.
  • You pay for AI licences, but few people use them.
  • One job across several tools eats hours every week.
  • You have a list of ideas and nobody to build them.
  • Your CRM's AI does part of a job, and someone finishes it by hand.

It's not a fit if

  • You have one clearly defined job.

Skip the Lab and go straight to Custom AI Agents or Custom MCP Builds →

  • You're at the idea stage, with no live process yet.

  • You want a generic AI demo or a strategy deck.

  • You can't give us read-only access, or the people who do the work can't take part.

  • Your CRM's built-in AI already does the job well. We'll tell you if it does.

  • You need the work delivered in a language other than English.
